the game isn"t working

Good morning. For the past 2–4 days, I have been unable to access my Farmerama game account. I have cleared my laptop’s cache and deleted cookies. Across three different browsers, all I see is a blank, white screen! After a moment, an error message (“ERROR”) appears. I have been playing for many, many years and have never encountered anything like this before. My laptop is new and in perfect working order—everything else on the internet works just fine. The Farmerama website simply refuses to load in any browser! I don’t even have a way to report this issue, as the page either fails to load entirely or disappears, displaying a message like “This page isn’t working.” Please, I need help! My account name is “otomana.” I am at level 236, and I wouldn’t want it all to end like this. I beg you, please help me—otomana. Today, after an entire day, I finally managed to log in at 10:15 PM, which is why I am writing this now. However, I suspect the same thing will happen again tomorrow. When I click on the address—farmerama.com—I wait and wait and wait, and then everything vanishes, the screen shows an error, or a message pops up stating that the server cannot connect.
